General Manager

Great Harwood, Lancashire

Job Type

Full Time

About Us

Aquarius is a family-run manufacturing business based in Lancashire. We design and manufacture high-quality spare wheel covers and accessories for Land Rover Defenders, INEOS Grenadiers and other 4x4 vehicles.

We've built a great reputation over the years by making quality products and looking after our customers. Now we're looking for someone to help us take the business to the next stage.

This isn't a job where you'll just keep things ticking over. We want someone who enjoys finding new opportunities, improving the way things are done and helping a small business grow.

The Role

As General Manager, you'll work with the directors and be involved in every part of the business.

  • Some days you'll be looking at sales figures, meeting customers or working on new ideas.
  • Other days you'll be helping solve problems on the shop floor, speaking to suppliers or supporting the team in the office.
  • No two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership, make decisions and genuinely care about the future of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
