Reports to: Operations Manager

At Rileys we are extremely proud of our heritage as the home for sport since 1878. Rileys Sports Bars the UK’s most loved sports venue, with fabulous cue sports, darts, table tennis and to watch all of the action on our big screens, fantastic environment and bags of community spirit. We operate clubs throughout the UK, and our Vision is simply to become the best sporting and participation experience in the UK.

What will you do?

  • You make it your business to deeply know your team and community injecting fun and energy into everything you do
  • Working in partnership with your management team, your approach will make coaching, developing and nurturing of your team a natural focus.
  • You instil trust in your team to ensure the business runs like clockwork when you aren’t there.
  • You run the business like you own it, never compromising, always knowing your budgets and how to reach them (no surprises).
  • You can do the details, but you also know when to get out of the gravel and stand tall and seek clear vision.
  • You are courageous and admit your mistakes humble enough to know you don’t have all the answers.
  • You are conscious of the impact you have on everyone and everything, both positively and negatively
  • First-class service is your priority; always prepared to seek tough feedback, working closely with the Support Team to ensure you raise the standards every day and exceed everyone’s expectations.
