General Manager – Flagship Restaurant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our flagship restaurant location. This is an exciting opportunity for a trustworthy, honest leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both front and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and service standards, while also driving business growth and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in both front and back of house
  • Achieve and maintain food cost and labor goals on a monthly basis
  • Develop, mentor, and lead staff to enhance performance and professional growth
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
  • Manage catering operations and execute catering needs effectively
  • Hold staff accountable and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
  • Create and implement action plans to address operational challenges and opportunities
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues
  • Assess situations objectively, develop strategic solutions, and ensure follow-through
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with company values
