General Manager – Flagship Restaurant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our flagship restaurant location. This is an exciting opportunity for a trustworthy, honest leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both front and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and service standards, while also driving business growth and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in both front and back of house
- Achieve and maintain food cost and labor goals on a monthly basis
- Develop, mentor, and lead staff to enhance performance and professional growth
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Manage catering operations and execute catering needs effectively
- Hold staff accountable and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
- Create and implement action plans to address operational challenges and opportunities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues
- Assess situations objectively, develop strategic solutions, and ensure follow-through
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with company values

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial targets

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
