that provides a full management service to property owners across Fife while delivering an exceptional guest experience for students and holidays.
They pride themselves on their personal, family-led approach and commitment to high standards, repeat bookings, and long-term client relationships.
They are now seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive General Manager to lead and oversee the management of their portfolio of properties.
This is a hands-on management position requiring an autonomous, solutions-focused individual capable of leading multiple operational teams, while ensuring commercial success.

This role is responsible for the overall operational, commercial, and financial performance of the holiday let business. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong owner relationships, efficient property management, and sustainable business growth. The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations, oversee office staff (including an Operations Manager and Revenue Executive) and contractors, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Key skills and experience required:
- Experience in business, operations, hospitality, property management, or holiday letting.
- Proven track record of managing teams and business performance.
- Strong financial and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and people management.
- Budgeting and financial analysis.
- Revenue and performance management.

Desirable:
- Experience using holiday let platforms and channel management systems and/or knowledge of local tourism and accommodation markets.
Fife based. Full time.
This role offers an excellent competitive salary, £55,000 plus a company bonus.
