General Manager - Goals
Must have General/Duty Manager Experience!

- Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible to provide management cover)
Overview
The General Manager of Goals will oversee the day-to-day management, medium- to long-term planning of the entire complex, and the overall management, training, and development of all staff.
Core Responsibilities
To provide a high-quality, effective, and efficient service to all users of the facilities, including:

Staff Supervision
- Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, ensuring the highest standard of service to customers and guests.

Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop quarterly sales and marketing strategies to boost business growth, with a focus on weekend and off-peak periods.

Revenue Growth
- Maximise daily income and sales through proactive revenue strategies.

Recruitment & Management
- Support the recruitment and selection of additional centre-based management staff.

Administration & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Company Operations Manual policies.
- Maintain proper Health & Safety compliance, including first-aid and emergency evacuation training for key staff.
- Oversee weekly management meetings for clear internal communication.
- Ensure accurate cash and stock reconciliation as per organisational guidelines.

Facility Maintenance
- Maintain all branches, facilities, fixtures, and fittings at a high operational standard (both internal and external).

Supply Coordination
- Coordinate the ordering of supplies, goods, and services to ensure smooth operations.

General Duties
- All other relevant assignments necessary in alignment with the role’s scope.
