General Manager

Location: North London
Salary: Circa £100k–£120k (Negotiable) + Car + Healthcare + Bonus + LTIP

The Opportunity

This is a rare and high-impact leadership role for a proven operator ready to step into the spotlight. We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially relentless General Manager to take full P&L ownership of a fast-growing, multi-channel ecommerce business operating across B2B and B2C markets. Based in North London, you won’t just manage the operation—you’ll shape its future. The mandate is clear: deliver operational excellence, drive sustainable growth, and position yourself to transition from General Manager to UK CEO within a defined timeframe.

The Role

As General Manager, you will lead a sizeable, multi-site operation with full accountability for strategy, performance, and culture.

  • Own the UK P&L and drive top-line growth while optimising cost efficiency across all functions.
  • Champion a data-driven, customer-first culture that bridges B2B service excellence with B2C brand experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment to support a turnover in excess of £250M.
  • Act as the key interface between the UK business and group-level stakeholders, influencing board-level strategy.
  • Identify and execute new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
