We’re not just another restaurant. We are a Brasserie. “Restaurants” are everywhere. Brasseries are rarer, richer, and far more us. We are bustling, all-day, joyfully French - the place where life happens between the big occasions. A Brasserie is for every day, not just “someday”.
Do you know how to lead a team, charm the regulars, and make a busy brasserie feel effortlessly fun? If you’re a fan of turning meals into moments with good food, good wine and good company, then we think you’ll be at home here.
We’re looking for a General Manager with flair, passion, and a healthy love of good food and great company. Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the pistachio crème brûlée.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
