About Holon

Holon is one of the UK's first high-tech wellness centres, giving people access to the latest health technologies - from infrared sauna and hyperbaric oxygen to blood diagnostics and functional medicine - to help them perform better, recover faster, and address complex chronic symptoms. We're a small, purpose-driven team on a mission to make optimal health accessible and inspiring.

We're looking for a General Manager who is as passionate about health as we are - someone with sharp operational instincts, genuine leadership ability, a natural networker and the drive to help scale something meaningful. If you've thrived in a fast-moving environment, know how to make things run well, and want your work to actually matter, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of everything Holon does. You'll own daily operations, lead the team, manage financial performance, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience every time. You'll also play a key role in shaping strategy and driving sustainable growth alongside the founder.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems

  • Oversee and continuously improve internal workflows and processes.
  • Drive consistent team adoption of core business systems.
  • Keep internal documentation accurate, up to date, and easy to use.

Financial Oversight

  • Prepare monthly financial and performance reports.
  • Manage P&L tracking, expenditure, and reconciliations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support financial planning and forecasting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
