General Manager

Location: Fitzrovia, London

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

About The Drayton

The Drayton is a collection of luxury flexible workspaces / members clubs designed for ambitious businesses. We create beautifully designed workplaces supported by exceptional hospitality, combining the professionalism of a premium office with the warmth and service of a private members' club.

Every detail matters. From the presentation of our buildings to the experience our members receive each day, we are committed to delivering an environment that reflects the highest standards.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who share our passion for excellence, take genuine pride in their work and want to play a key role in shaping the future of The Drayton.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager to take ownership of two of our London workspaces / private member clubs.

Based primarily at our flagship location, you will have full operational responsibility for the building while also overseeing a smaller sister building across the street, working closely with the Operations Assistant based there.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't be managing a large team, but you will be responsible for ensuring both buildings operate to exceptional standards by leading your direct report, managing external contractors and suppliers, and delivering an outstanding experience for every member.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
