General Manager – William Camden (Bexleyheath)

Job Description

As General Manager, you’ll drive the business forward, foster a proud team culture, and ensure customers and staff have an outstanding experience. From day one, you’ll lead by example, reinforcing our brand through exceptional service.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with your business development manager and team to boost pub sales.
  • Lead by example, embodying the brand and delivering memorable experiences for customers.
  • Recruit and develop your team to equip them with the skills to delight customers.
  • Champion brand standards, ensuring customer and team safety at all times.
  • Note: A valid personal license (or eligibility to acquire one) is required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Uncompromising standards and meticulous attention to detail in running a high-performing pub.
  • Outstanding people skills, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • A business-minded approach and sharp focus on profit & loss (P&L) management.
  • A values-driven mindset—prioritising individuality, customer care, and environmental stewardship.
  • Previous General Manager experience (hospitality, retail, or fast-paced sectors) is highly desirable, though the right attitude is essential. Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges is key!
