Our client is one of the world's leading aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organisations and is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its local Line Maintenance business.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for both the operational performance and commercial success of the business. You will lead the engineering and technical teams, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance services while meeting all regulatory and company standards.
Beyond operational excellence, you will have full responsibility for the business's financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, resource planning and achieving key performance indicators. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will develop and execute the local business strategy, drive sustainable growth, expand existing customer relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities to strengthen the organisation's market position.

You will ensure existing customers receive outstanding service while building long-term partnerships that encourage repeat business and future growth. Working closely with the regional commercial, marketing and sales teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop strategic initiatives and represent the organisation with airlines, regulators and industry partners.
You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification and bring at least eight years of aircraft maintenance or comparable operational leadership experience. A strong understanding of international aviation regulations, commercial acumen, P&L management and an established airline industry network are essential. Most importantly, you are a visible leader who inspires high-performing teams, develops future leaders and creates a culture of accountability, safety and customer focus.
