The Role: General Manager
As a General Manager, you are accountable for the success of your shop, which rests within four key pillars:
People
- Focus on team development and leading a confident management team to create a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure clear succession planning for all roles in store.
- Manage rotas effectively and handle all employee relations in line with company policies.
- Foster career progression and encourage continuous growth for your team.
