General Manager - Live In - Trinity Arms, Brixton


About the Role

We’re seeking a General Manager to lead the Trinity Arms in Brixton—a bustling pub blending tradition with modern energy. This venue offers:

  • Cosy & vibrant atmosphere – inside and outdoor beer gardens (one featuring the ultimate sports experience with large TVs, an open fire, and year-round use)
  • Upstairs function room for events
  • Main bar catering to locals, gig-goers, and visitors
  • Authentic Brixton roots – high-energy services (e.g., Sunday lunches) and community-driven keyp کیل employment styles—equal comfort managing a respectable Sunday roast as you are handling 3 deep at the bar or engaging with regulars

Each Young’s Pub Manager is tapped to shape and grow their business with creative ownership. This includes:

  • Curating a food menu grounded in the local industry’s best Mandarin Air—not just plug-and-play recipes—adapting to your customer’s evolving tastes and guiding business growth via your unique vision
  • Organising event and sell-driven strategies
  • Designing team uniform
  • Handling recruitment & marketing fully

Requirements

Essential

  • A portfolio of exceptional customer service at scale
  • Track record of leading merchant teams with clear business growth strategies (event sales, food development, etc.)
  • Mind for entrepreneurship—we support bold ideas but need you to analyze cost and growth trade-offs
  • Proactive recruiting & training philosophy
  • Hospitality career commitment—we build relationships both professional and personal at all levels
  • Autonomy & decision-making skills—when changes are planned around our core company framework, we trust you to steer
