General Manager
Industrial safety, sensing, monitoring & compliance

To £110,000 per annum + Executive Car + Bonus + Benefits Manchester

The Role

A General Management role with real scope and potential, leading a best-in-class designer and manufacturer of connected industrial sensing and monitoring products and systems for a prestigious portfolio of end-user customers.

  • Steering a well-resourced, ambitious and high calibre senior team in the pursuit of greater market share and profitability.
  • Full P&L responsibility, developing and implementing a strategy that puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do, developing and introducing new products and services.

The Person

  • An experienced, customer focused General Manager from within the safety, sensing and monitoring sector.
  • Commercially strong, you will be able to demonstrate personal sales success and strong relationships with end-users, distributors and system integrators.
  • Coupled with a track record of successful new product development and introduction whilst delivering industry leading levels of customer service.
  • Personal credibility, vision and drive.
