General Manager
Industrial safety, sensing, monitoring & compliance
To £110,000 per annum + Executive Car + Bonus + Benefits Manchester
The Role
A General Management role with real scope and potential, leading a best-in-class designer and manufacturer of connected industrial sensing and monitoring products and systems for a prestigious portfolio of end-user customers.
- Steering a well-resourced, ambitious and high calibre senior team in the pursuit of greater market share and profitability.
- Full P&L responsibility, developing and implementing a strategy that puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do, developing and introducing new products and services.
The Person
- An experienced, customer focused General Manager from within the safety, sensing and monitoring sector.
- Commercially strong, you will be able to demonstrate personal sales success and strong relationships with end-users, distributors and system integrators.
- Coupled with a track record of successful new product development and introduction whilst delivering industry leading levels of customer service.
- Personal credibility, vision and drive.

- Backed by the resources of a large International Group, well established, profitable, thought and market leader, in the design, manufacture and supply of connected industrial sensing and monitoring products and systems for a prestigious portfolio of national end-users, distributors and system integrators.
- Keen to build upon their considerable investment in new products and capitalise on significant new market opportunities, they are looking to appoint a high calibre and inspirational General Manager to lead them through a period of tremendous growth and opportunity.
