Store Manager – Daytime Focus (Store Shuts at 9pm)
Reports to: District Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You’ll:
- Set the standard for how the store runs
- Define how guests are treated
- Drive the financial and operational success that matters
Responsibilities
- Lead your team in line with company values and operational standards, building a culture people are proud to be part of
- Drive team engagement through:
- Regular feedback
- Development planning
- In-store training
- Effective team meetings
- Own the guest experience end-to-end, fostering loyalty and turning first visits into long-term habits
- Maintain operational standards across:
- Hygiene & safety
- Brand compliance
- Local regulations
- Plan and manage shifts based on:
- Seasonality trends
- Footfall patterns
- Local events
- Oversee stock management, including:
- Ordering & inventory
- Accurate counting
- Keeping waste within monthly targets
- Deliver on KPIs and drive store performance by:
- Boosting sales
- Optimising store EBITDA
- Meeting all performance metrics

Requirements
- 2+ years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience managing or working within a team of 10+
- Strong interpersonal skills—you motivate people, not just manage them
- A genuine drive to lead through culture and people, rather than just processes
- Confidence and commercial awareness to run your store like a business
This role is based in Birmingham!
