General Manager - Up to 55k plus bonus, Live in Potential
We're looking for a General Manager for the Bear in Cobham - a buzzy home from home where locals and visitors gather for great times and great food. This pub is a favourite of the local community and enjoys an excellent reputation for food and service. The pub comes complete with a private dining/meeting room, a large, airy dining area as well as a relaxing outdoor terrace.
The ideal candidate is used to working with fresh food and has experience running a destination dining business or popular foodie site. They'll be someone who is at home interacting with the locals behind the bar as they are leading a stunning Sunday service. We're looking for a guest-obsessed General Manager who is passionate about creating an environment where memories are made over delicious meals and drinks. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to grow this well-known, thriving pub that sits at the heart of the community.

What we look for in a General Manager:
We are looking for a creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food-focused pub. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
