About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a flagship venue with huge potential, where your commercial focus, operational discipline, and people development skills will make a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Drive volume with food, sport, and late-night environments.
- Set the tone for operational standards across the site.
- Be visible, hands-on, and lead from the front.
- Build, engage, and develop a large team.
- Create an environment where people feel motivated and supported.
- Manage risk and operate safely in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities.

Qualifications
To be eligible to apply, you MUST hold a valid Personal Licence.
Required Skills
- Strong track record of driving performance.
- Ability to read the market and adjust business rhythm.
- Operational discipline and high standards.
- Coaching and developing future talent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing a large venue.
- Comfortable in a late-night trade environment.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary - Up to £55,000 p.a.
