General Manager – Bicester Village

We’re looking for a General Manager to join our Global Flagship Value Retail at Bicester Village; a beautiful, brand-new space and one of the most exciting locations in our global portfolio.

Responsibilities

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll be more than support, you’ll be a key driver of performance, culture and customer experience.

You will:

  • Inspire and lead the entire team
  • Drive commercial results and deliver against ambitious targets
  • Champion exceptional service, both in-store and online
  • Develop your team’s commercial confidence and capability
  • Oversee operational excellence in a flagship environment
  • Act as a visible, motivating presence on the shop floor

Qualifications

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in pace, leads from the front and wants exposure at flagship level.

Here, you’ll operate in a globally recognised retail destination where performance expectations are high — but so is the support around you. You’ll build relationships with loyal customers, collaborate within the wider Village network, and gain visibility across senior leadership.
