Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About [Company Name]

We are hiring a General Manager for one of London’s most loved live music and club venues - a 750-capacity event space with a 320-capacity live performance room, multiple bars, terrace, green rooms and a late licence. Sitting proudly on the Lowline in London Bridge, this venue has built a reputation as an iconic cultural space, hosting breakthrough artists, legendary DJs, club residencies, screenings, brand takeovers and unforgettable parties. We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the venue. This is a leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all events, driving commercial performance, safeguarding licensing and building a high-performing team that delivers world-class guest experiences. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of a venue that sits at the heart of London’s night-time economy, backed by the wider Low Line campus of food, drink, and cultural experiences.
