Brasserie Blanc General Manager Opportunity Nestled in the heart of Oxford's vibrant Jericho neighbourhood, Brasserie Blanc Oxford is where it all began. This beautiful and iconic restaurant was the very first Brasserie Blanc and remains a cherished part of the local community. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead this landmark business into its next chapter, honouring its rich heritage while inspiring a team to deliver outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, and memorable guest experiences every day. General Manager: The Opportunity As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your Brasserie Blanc. You'll create an environment where guests feel at home, teams thrive, and every service delivers the warmth, energy and attention to detail that our brand is known for. From leading and developing your people to driving commercial performance, you'll have full ownership of your business and the freedom to make a genuine impact. You'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality, champion high standards, and ensure every guest leaves already planning their next visit. This is more than managing a restaurant. It's about creating a place people love to work in and guests love to return to.

General Manager: What You'll Bring We're looking for an exceptional hospitality leader with the charisma, commercial awareness and passion to lead from the front. You will have: At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant environment A proven track record of leading busy, high-volume operations Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability A passion for delivering exceptional food, drink and service standards The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A hands-on leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality Most importantly, you'll share our belief that great hospitality is about people — creating memorable experiences for guests and meaningful careers for your team.
