Job Description

This role is a unique opportunity to take the lead of a Danish organization operating in the building, electromechanical, and industrial solutions space, with full responsibility across sales, operations, and service.

  • You will play a key role in accelerating growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening operational performance.
  • Take ownership of the business performance and P&L
  • Develop and grow the business through active market development and client engagement
  • Build relationships within the construction ecosystem, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Oversee project execution teams (installation / new build)
  • Lead and scale a service & maintenance organization (after-sales, repairs, recurring revenue)
  • Ensure high standards in delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, develop, and lead multidisciplinary teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in engineering or technical environments
  • Experience in business development or commercial roles within construction, building systems, or industrial sectors
  • Exposure to project-based environments (installation, site operations, or engineering projects)
  • Experience managing or coordinating service/maintenance activities
  • Strong leadership potential with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with P&L or business unit responsibility is a strong plus
