Senior General Manager – Pioneering Luxury Wellness Concept
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a pioneering luxury wellness concept at a pivotal stage of its journey. This role is ideal for an experienced senior leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Our client is redefining how people experience wellbeing, blending science-backed nervous system regulation with movement, recovery, nutrition, and therapeutic practices. The business creates an immersive, restorative environment—curated from scent and sound to lighting, materials, and service delivery—to support true personal transformation.
Launching with an initial prototype location in Central London, the business has ambitious expansion plans, including a flagship destination combining:
- Wellness practitioners and fitness experiences

The Role: General Manager
The General Manager will play a critical role in launching and shaping this premium wellness destination, overseeing operational excellence, commercial performance, guest experiences, and team leadership—ensuring every facet reflects the brand’s elevated standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall business execution: Lead all operational functions, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience across every touchpoint.
- Financial stewardship: Own the Profit & Loss (P&L), driving revenue growth, profitability, and commercial performance.
- System-building: Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and scalability frameworks for long-term growth.
- Customer strategy: Grow and retain memberships, optimise customer engagement, and maximise long-term business performance.
- Data-driven decision-making: Track business KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Team leadership: Hire, onboard, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with the brand’s values.
- Front-of-house excellence: Oversee all hospitality-led service standards and ensure flawless delivery.
- Partner management: Collaborate with wellness practitioners, instructors, therapists, and external partners for operational excellence.
- Staffing strategy: Manage scheduling, workforce planning, and team development across all operational departments.
- Founder partnership: Support the Founder in launch preparation, business planning, and long-term strategic decision-making.
- Innovation & efficiency: Identify operational improvements, leverage technology and systems, and enhance business performance.
- Scalability: Contribute to future expansion planning, including multi-site growth frameworks.

Key Specifications
- Salary: £55,000–£60,000
- Contract: Full-time, starting 1st September 2026 (includes weekends)
- Location: Sloane Square, Central London
- Reports to: Founder
Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect General Manager is a commercially driven, entrepreneurial leader with:
- A passion for wellness, hospitality, and world-class guest experiences.
- Proven operational leadership in premium hospitality, luxury wellness, or boutique fitness environments.
- Hands-on experience in senior operational roles (e.g., General Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site leadership).
- Strong commercial acumen—budget management, revenue growth, and operational KPI delivery.
- Exceptional organisational skills to build structure in fast-paced environments.
- Natural leadership—ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams.
- A guest-first mindset and commitment to elevated service excellence.
- Autonomy + collaboration: Comfortable working independently while aligning with Founders and senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solving prowess with a solutions-focused approach.
- Interest in innovation and technology, particularly in wellness trends.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage across teams and partner networks.
- Alignment with the brand’s values: Intentionality, integrity, curiosity, and continuous growth.
