General Manager
As General Manager, you’ll have the freedom to succeed to build a business to be proud of, whilst developing your team and creating a warm welcome for your customers. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example to ensure our customers and teams have a great time.

What You’ll Do as General Manager
- Grow pub sales in collaboration with your Business Development Manager and management team
- Lead by example and embody our brand through exceptional team performance, enhancing customer experiences
- Recruit, develop, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Champion and uphold brand standards while ensuring customer and team safety
- Note: This role requires either holding or being able to obtain a personal license

What You’ll Bring to the Role
- High standards and meticulous attention to detail in managing a high-performing pub
- People-centric mindset: exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Business acumen with focus on Financial (P&L) control
- Warm and approachable personality, respecting individuality while fostering a positive culture in your pub and community
- Preferable: Previous success as a General Manager (from hospitality, retail, or fast-paced industries) with essential mindset, adaptability, and hunger for growth
- Keen to learn and thrive in constantly evolving challenges
