General Manager

As General Manager, you’ll have the freedom to succeed to build a business to be proud of, whilst developing your team and creating a warm welcome for your customers. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example to ensure our customers and teams have a great time.

What You’ll Do as General Manager

  • Grow pub sales in collaboration with your Business Development Manager and management team
  • Lead by example and embody our brand through exceptional team performance, enhancing customer experiences
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Champion and uphold brand standards while ensuring customer and team safety
  • Note: This role requires either holding or being able to obtain a personal license

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • High standards and meticulous attention to detail in managing a high-performing pub
  • People-centric mindset: exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Business acumen with focus on Financial (P&L) control
  • Warm and approachable personality, respecting individuality while fostering a positive culture in your pub and community
  • Preferable: Previous success as a General Manager (from hospitality, retail, or fast-paced industries) with essential mindset, adaptability, and hunger for growth
  • Keen to learn and thrive in constantly evolving challenges
