General Manager – New Michelin Ambition Restaurant (Reopening)
£70,000 – £85,000 + Monthly Bonus + Tips | 5–6 Weeks Holiday | Sundays Off | Chelsea, London
A highly regarded London restaurant is preparing to relaunch with clear intent. The goal is a second Michelin star.
You will lead the front-of-house and work closely with a Michelin-starred chef. The focus is sharp execution, consistency, and a controlled service environment.
This is not a volume role. It is about precision, standards, and building a team that performs at a high level every day.
What’s on offer
- £70,000 – £85,000 salary

Your role
- Lead all front of house operations
- Set and maintain service standards at Michelin level
- Work closely with the Head Chef on guest experience
- Manage reservations, flow, and service delivery
- Train, mentor, and develop the front of house team
- Control costs, staffing, and daily performance
- Build a strong culture built on discipline and consistency
- Handle high-level guests and ensure repeat business

What we need
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a Michelin-starred or equivalent restaurant
- Strong leadership with control during busy service
- Sharp attention to detail across service and environment
- Commercial awareness without compromising standards
- Someone who drives performance and holds people accountable
- Calm, direct, and structured approach
- Must live within commuting distance of Chelsea
- Right to work in the UK required
