General Manager
Manager – Pizzeria (Own Your Own Business Opportunity)

You’ll be a commercial leader of your very own Pizzeria, responsible for driving growth through sales, customer relations, and community engagement. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial leaders who can thrive in a dynamic, multichannel business environment.
Your Day-to-Day Role
As a Pizzeria Manager, you’ll:
- Drive financial success through strategic commercial initiatives and KPI delivery
- Uphold the highest quality and safety standards in every aspect of operations
- Build and lead a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, training, and motivation
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering world-class service that leaves a lasting impression
- Manage day-to-day operations, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise

- Previous management experience, ideally in a customer-facing sector such as hospitality
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance
- Strong P&L management abilities and business acumen
- A creative, autonomous and accountable mindset
