Salary: A GBP 60,000 - A GBP 70,000 (DOE)
We're searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead a beautifully appointed, intimate fine dining restaurant. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading from the floor. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being visible and engaged with both guests and the team, and is committed to developing people through coaching and training.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader.
- A true floor presence: someone who leads by example and is actively involved in service.
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent wine knowledge and confidence in delivering a premium guest experience.
- Experience within fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants is highly desirable.
