What makes this role special

As General Manager, you will have the freedom to lead your hotel while benefiting from the expertise and support of Starboard Hotels' central teams. From sales and marketing to revenue management, finance and HR, you'll have the tools, guidance and resources needed to help your hotel and team thrive.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a General Manager, or a proven Hotel Manager/ Deputy ready to step into their next leadership role
  • A strong commercial approach with experience managing budgets, growing revenue and maximising performance
  • The ability to inspire, coach and develop engaged, high-performing teams
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
  • Strong operational knowledge across all areas of a hotel business
  • Accor brand experience would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and leadership are just as important
