We’re now searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead the team behind this iconic destination.

Key elements of your role as a General Manager:
- You understand what exceptional guest experience looks like and how to deliver it consistently and efficiently.
- You lead from the floor with confidence, setting standards and inspiring high performance across your team.
- You fully own the numbers, with a clear understanding of financial targets and how to communicate and drive them.
- You build and manage realistic budgets, actively improving profitability through strong cost control.
- You stay commercially sharp, with an up-to-date understanding of the hospitality industry.
- You identify and act on high-value opportunities that align with brand direction and ROI.
- You build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
