The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation across the pub, rooms, and events
- Drive commercial performance and guest satisfaction
- Develop and inspire a high-performing management team
- Manage budgets, labour, and profitability while maintaining exceptional standards

About You
- Current General Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into the role
- Background in premium pubs, boutique hotels, or venues with accommodation
- Commercially driven with strong people leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and building community relationships
