Proactive Approach – Take initiative to improve club operations and member satisfaction Sales & Retention – Drive membership growth and retention efforts including a presale phase, focusing on community building and corporate memberships in the local area Community Events – Organize local events to engage members and attract new clients. Local Business Outreach – Build partnerships with local businesses. Corporate Wellness Programme delivery - Build database of corporates offering corporate wellness programmes with PTs and group membership packages.

The Person... Ideally coming from a background from a premium fitness setting with a strong focus on service and member experience. You’ll bring proven expertise in both sales and operations, with a particular strength in corporate sales and local business engagement. We're also looking for someone who excels at building community, is confident engaging with people on the ground, and has experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for fitness and a drive to succeed, this is the role for you!
