Position: Restaurant General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
- Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for guests, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, prioritizing the well-being of both guests and team members
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and enhancement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Enthusiasm for Southern cuisine and culture is a plus!
