General Manager – Profit Centre Lead / Head of Sales, £75,000 basic + Significant Guarantee | £130,000+ package | Profit Share, Executive Company Car | Bupa | 6% Pension, Milton Keynes.
As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.
Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
- Set and deliver growth strategy
- Own and drive the P&L
- Accelerate B2B sales performance
- Strengthen global supplier relationships
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Optimise operations and governance

About You
You're commercially sharp and ownership-led. You likely bring:
- Proven experience owning and growing a P&L
- Strong B2B commercial leadership background
- Strategic thinking with operational grip
- Supplier negotiation experience at a senior level
- Track record of driving margin and revenue growth
- Experience leading and developing teams

- £70,000 basic salary
