General Manager (Future Area Operations Manager)

Up to £48,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing international healthy food brand at its UK flagship store on Bond Street. With a huge following overseas, an exceptional product and exciting brand partnerships this is a business with serious momentum. Backed by a highly successful franchise partner with an established portfolio of hospitality brands this is just the beginning of an ambitious UK expansion with multiple new openings planned over the next two years.
We're looking for a General Manager who is ready for the next step in their career. While you'll initially lead the flagship restaurant this role has been designed as a junior operations pathway giving you the opportunity to grow into an Area Operations Manager position as the estate expands.

The Role
As General Manager you'll have full accountability for the flagship site's performance leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success. Beyond running the restaurant you'll work closely with senior leadership to support future openings, help train new management teams and play an active role in building the operational foundations of the UK business.
What we're looking for
- An experienced General Manager from a high-volume hospitality, QSR or grab-and-go environment
- Strong P&L ownership with the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Experience recruiting, training and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of forecasting, labour planning and cost control
- Excellent knowledge of auditing, compliance and food safety standards
- Confident analysing KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone with the ambition and potential to progress into a multi-site Operations role
