We're currently on the lookout for a Superstar General Manager.

More about the Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

Our Ideal Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
  • Manage budgets, monitor the site’s financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability
  • A notable interest in fantastic food, cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Great attention to detail, high standards, and exceptional customer service skills
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions
  • A proven track record of effective organization and planning
  • A can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task
