General Manager

You’ll have the freedom to succeed to build a business to be proud of, whilst developing your team and creating a warm welcome for your customers. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example and ensure our customers and teams have a great time.

Responsibilities

Key Duties

  • Work closely with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
  • Lead by example in brand alignment and ensure your team delivers amazing customer experiences.
  • Recruit and develop your team to provide the knowledge needed to delight customers.
  • Serve as a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
  • The role may require you to obtain or secure a personal license.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • A high focus on quality and attention to detail when managing every aspect of the pub’s daily operations.
  • Strong people skills, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
  • A business acumen with a sharp eye for profitability (P&L control).
  • An inclusive and empathetic mindset, valuing respect, individuality, and environmental care.
  • The right attitude and outlook are essential – a proven track record at General Manager level (preferably in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments) is desirable.

  • Drive for success with enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.

A personal license will be required for this role.
