Responsibilities
Key Duties
- Work closely with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
- Lead by example in brand alignment and ensure your team delivers amazing customer experiences.
- Recruit and develop your team to provide the knowledge needed to delight customers.
- Serve as a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
- The role may require you to obtain or secure a personal license.

Requirements
Core Qualifications
- A high focus on quality and attention to detail when managing every aspect of the pub’s daily operations.
- Strong people skills, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- A business acumen with a sharp eye for profitability (P&L control).
- An inclusive and empathetic mindset, valuing respect, individuality, and environmental care.
- The right attitude and outlook are essential – a proven track record at General Manager level (preferably in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments) is desirable.
