Are You the Right Fit?
As General Manager, you’ll bring your expertise in food and hospitality to lead the team and ensure every guest feels truly cared for. Key aspects of the role include:
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Guest Experience – Work in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure, and prioritising outstanding guest experiences.
- Managing the Senior Team – Oversee assistant managers, head chef, and head housekeeper, driving long-term success through clear vision and support.
- Financial & Commercial Accountability – Ensure efficient budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight—including-reviewing business procedures, monitoring P&L accounts, and managing labour planning.
- Team Inspiring & Development – Hire, train, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth. Build a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone thrives.
- On-site Responsibilities – Occasionally oversee guest care after hours and, when required, stay on-site to maintain a seamless experience.
