🚨 General Manager | Central London | Luxury Hospitality
I'm working on a confidential search for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of London's most recognised luxury restaurant brands.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages operations. We're looking for a true hospitality leader who understands how to create an atmosphere, build high-performing teams, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading a flagship venue with full ownership of the operation
- Driving commercial performance
- Developing an exceptional management team
- Maintaining the impeccable standards expected of one of London's leading hospitality destinations

We're looking to speak with General Managers who have:
- Proven experience leading premium or luxury restaurants with significant turnover
- A genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
- The ability to inspire, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments without compromising quality
- A polished, hands-on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail
- A background within London's premium hospitality scene
