About the opportunity

Optimove is launching a new standalone business unit powered by its technology, AI capabilities, and managed execution.

Optimove has always been a best-in-class CRM platform - a “Ferrari” with powerful AI and ML capabilities. But for some marketing teams, unlocking the full value of that power can be overwhelming. This new business is designed to bring customers the Ferrari with the Formula 1 driver: a full-service, turnkey CRM growth engine that combines Optimove’s platform with CRM strategy, lifecycle execution, segmentation, experimentation, analytics, loyalty, gamification, and AI-driven campaign creation and optimization.

The customer promise is simple: we help companies grow customer revenue, retention, and lifetime value without requiring them to build a full CRM team internally.

This is not traditional professional services. It is designed as a modern, AI-powered growth team accountable for outcomes and built to help customers generate measurable impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Built around Optimove’s Positionless Marketing mindset, the new business will remove traditional barriers between strategy, data, creative, execution, optimization, and technology so customers can run CRM with less friction and greater agility.

As the GM of this early-stage business unit, you will build and lead it from the ground up, owning the P&L while staying close to the strategy, go-to-market, sales, service model, customer experience, and team.

This role is ideal for a hungry, commercially minded rising leader who is ready for a meaningful step up - someone excited to roll up their sleeves, operate close to the work, build with a lean team at first, and grow the business as the model proves itself.

What you’ll do

  • Own the business strategy, positioning, go-to-market, service model, and full P&L.
  • Lead early business development and sales efforts, including identifying opportunities, pitching, closing, and building customer relationships.
  • Define the end-to-end customer offering: a turnkey CRM growth engine combining technology, AI, strategy, execution, analytics, loyalty, gamification, and managed operations.
  • Operate in founder mode: sell, deliver, learn, and iterate quickly while building the operating playbook for a lean, focused team.
  • Execute hands-on across the business in the early stages - from shaping the offering and leading sales conversations to supporting delivery, solving operational gaps, and ensuring customers see real outcomes.
  • Build the initial team as the business grows, while staying close to customers, delivery, and outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • A hungry, ambitious, hands-on leader with the drive and judgment to take ownership of a new business from strategy through execution.
  • Meaningful experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, marketing consulting, marketing agency, or marketing services environments.
  • Strong involvement in business development, commercial initiatives, client growth, new service launches, or managed service offerings.
  • A strategic and highly execution-oriented thinker who can shape the vision, build the plan, earn customer trust, sell the value, and turn opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of marketing teams, CRM operations, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, experimentation, or analytics.
  • A founder-mode mindset: resourceful, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, able to build momentum while the model is still being shaped, and energized by creating something from zero.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Why join us

You will have the autonomy to build a new business from scratch, with its own identity, operating model, and focus, while staying close enough to Optimove to leverage its technology, AI capabilities, CRM expertise, and market presence. You will shape the offering, drive the commercial strategy, own the P&L, and help define what this new business can become.

You will join at the earliest stage of a strategically important initiative, with the opportunity to build the model from the ground up, prove the value with customers, and create the foundation for a scalable business.
