Aramark UK Opportunity for an Experienced General Manager
Aramark UK has an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead operations in our brand-new satellite site (Oxford Street) as part of our prestigious contract with Warner Bros Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter. If you’re passionate about delivering great food, exceptional service, and creating lasting memories, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our team and take the business to the next level. With a strong focus on maximising GP, retaining top talent, and elevating customer service standards, you’ll create an exceptional experience while inspiring and managing your team effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
- Ensure waste management processes are in place and weekly reviews are completed for production.
- Champion excellent customer service and effectively implement all customer communication tools in order to build sales.
- Ensure RRP is maintained as per company policy and that the tariff in all areas meets client / company requirements.
- Implementation of schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they adhere to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
- Work and develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return.
- Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements.
- Prepare and manage accurate projections for all P&L accounts.
- Plan and lead the team performance to meet KPIs.
- Identify & unlock opportunity for growth.
- Develop strategic plans & value proposition.

What We’re Looking For
- Operational experience at management level within the catering/hospitality industry.
- A people manager able to drive and deliver the highest standards never accepting the unacceptable.
- Experience of P&L management and accountability with excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- The ability to drive projects at pace, with exceptional attention to detail and flair.
- Professionalism and the ability to present and report on relevant business information.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
