A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its luxury dining concepts in London.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and front-of-house teams.
- Drive commercial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational execution are consistently maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
- Monitor business performance through KPI analysis and strategic planning.
- Build strong relationships with guests and foster a culture of hospitality excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong background in high-end dining concepts.
- Experience with Asian dining concepts is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
