General Manager – (Dual Site) Grab & Go

Connaught Street & Soho, London

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP

I'm seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead two flagship London locations in Connaught Street and Soho for an amazing grab & go food concept. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader thriving in a fast-paced environment passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.


About the Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across both sites, leading and developing teams to deliver outstanding service, maintain operational excellence, and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive culture for both customers and employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations across both Connaught Street and Soho locations.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Manage labour scheduling and staffing levels effectively.
  • Maintain food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and control labour, stock, and operational costs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support employee development.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure both stores consistently reflect the brand and values.

Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or Senior Store Manager within hospitality, food retail, bakery, café, or quick-service environments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong financial awareness.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across two locations.
  • Passionate about customer experience and team development.
  • Flexible and hands-on approach to leadership.

Working Hours

  • Store opening hours: 11:00am – 10:00pm (Monday to Friday).
  • Saturday closing time: 11:00pm.
  • Flexibility is required to support business needs.
  • One weekend shift per week is expected.
