Director of General Management (Sensor Controls & Systems)

Location: Surrey Salary: £110,000 p.a. + executive car + bonus + benefits


About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chairman, this is a highly autonomous, high-impact General Management position for a business leader with strong commercial, marketing, sales, and business development expertise.

  • Full P&L responsibility, allowing autonomy to drive strategy, new product development (NPD), and commercial growth
  • Capitalise on new market opportunities
  • Set and meet realistic profit and growth targets
  • Lead through a period of significant change, opportunity, and expansion

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s commercial and new product development (NPD) strategy
  • Grow the business in a fast-moving, price- and quality-sensitive sector
  • Lead operational improvements while maintaining high performance in sensors, controls, and HVAC systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user customers and industry partners
