Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at one of our busiest locations - Notes Selfridges.
If you thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee, wine, cocktails, and craft beer, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

- Salary: up to £33,000 per annum
- Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager within hospitality or food & beverage, successfully overseeing busy takeaway services in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
