About the Role
At Slug & Lettuce on George Street, we’re looking for a General Manager who can take the energy of one of the city’s busiest locations and turn it into an unforgettable guest experience every single day. This is a chance to step into a high-profile role right in the heart of the New Town.

Qualifications
To be eligible to apply, you MUST hold a valid Personal Licence.

- Sharp commercial thinking.
- Strong leadership.

- Ability to balance supporting the team, delivering razor sharp standards and profit.

Preferred Skills
- Fully conversant with P&L / Budgets and forecasting
- Experience managing teams
- Delivery of Margins through stock control / management
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary – Up to £50,000 p.a. plus bonuses.
