- Can navigate P&L figures, scrutinise details, and adopt a strategic approach to maximise your gym’s potential.
- Manage compliance while delivering the highest service levels during daily operations.
- Are instinctually on the gym floor, working with a fully engaged team to drive excellence, while also excelling in peer collaboration (sharing best practice).
- Have a proven track record of success and a winning attitude ready to bring to The Gym Group.
- Can engage and influence effectively while forming strategic plans to reinforce business decisions.
- Adopt a positive mindset toward team development, actively seeking ways to maximise potential.
