General Manager - Student Accommodation
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating a home away from home for students? Do you have a knack for team motivation, a solid grasp of health and safety regulations, and a talent for managing budgets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you!
Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, is currently seeking a General Manager for Griffon Studios in London. This isn't your average 9-to-5 job; it's a chance to lead, inspire, and take charge of a thriving student community.
Your weekly hours will be 40 hours per week, working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional student living experience. You'll work closely with your team to ensure top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding our core values and enabling your team to excel in their roles.

What We're Looking For:
Leadership experience in a similar role or environment. Strong data presentation and analysis skills. Impeccable organisational abilities. Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
