The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to assist in leading the team in Six by Nico.

Responsibilities

The role of the General Manager will see you demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach.

  • Based on the restaurant floor learning how each area of the business works.
  • Responsible for bringing the best out of your team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee a management team as well as the entire front of house operation.
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our customers and your team, both front and back of house.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
