Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a global team of top-tier talent, collaborating with partners, providers, and venues to grow Fever’s original event pipeline.
The team you’ll lead—based in the UK & Ireland—is a mix of driven, multicultural professionals with backgrounds at firms like McKinsey, BCG, Uber, Amazon, and Cirque du Soleil.
What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution for the UK & Ireland markets, building and scaling high-impact events from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
Business Growth & P&L Management
- Build and manage a team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters) to drive revenue.
- Define growth strategies to maximize sales performance and market penetration, aligning with quarterly/annual KPIs.
- Own the P&L for the region and ensure profitability through data-driven decision-making.
Team Leadership & Capacity Building
- Hire and coach a dynamic team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Audit team performance regularly to ensure quality and revenue targets are met.
- Foster a customer-centric and operational excellence mindset across the region.

Local & Global Expansion
- Install Fever’s product into the local market through partnerships with key industry players.
- Develop senior relationships with entertainment, real estate, and venue executives to expand the network.
- Leverage data and insights to scale successful concepts into new cities, including travel opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation
- Lead high-value business development, negotiating and closing partnerships.
- Champion Fever’s language and vision as a local ambassador.
- Engage in cross-company collaboration to align strategy with other markets.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly to leadership.
- Conduct SWOT analysis/commercial deep dives for opportunities and threats.
Reputation & Brand
- Represent Fever at local events, elevating the brand’s visibility.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you must:
✔ 9+ years of leadership/directorial experience, preferably in:
- Startup/product scalability.
- Management consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain-level domains) or,
- Corporate roles with a grant of authority.
✔ Familiarity with event production is not required (enterprise experience is critical).
Technical Proficiencies
- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier school (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and financial management.
Personality & Attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset—problem-solving with local expertise, high institutional awareness, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills for deals and stakeholder relations.
- High team multidisciplinarity management—coordinating industrial partnerships, internal operations, and talent.
- Tenacious, speaks fearlessly, and pushes strategic transformations flawlessly.
- Capable of multi-tasking and handling parallel projects simultaneously.
