Job Title: General Manager – Hospitality & Events - Scotland
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus
Location: Scotland
My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the hospitality operation at one of Scotland's leading visitor destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader to oversee a busy restaurant, events business, and visitor experience, while driving financial performance and developing a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day hospitality and events operation
- Drive commercial performance, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across food, beverage, and events
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure the highest standards of service, compliance, and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow revenue

- Senior management experience within hospitality, venues, or events
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
