We’re on the lookout for a warm, inspiring, and people-focused General Manager to join our Turtle Bay family in Chester.

Our team ensures guests are covered with the room’s needs—whether it’s coffee, a cocktail, a cold beer, or a plate of flavourful cutters. Our staff embody the magic and warmth of the Caribbean daily, ensuring everyone feels relaxed and welcome.

As the General Manager at Turtle Bay, you lead the heartbeat of the restaurant. Duties include:
